On your machine

Download the installer for your operating system and run it. There's no account to create, no server to connect to, and no wizard to click through — just a standard install like any other desktop app.

Activate Your License

One key.
One machine. Forever.

The first time you open the app, you'll be asked to enter your license key. This takes about 10 seconds — the app verifies the key online once, locks it to your machine, and from that point on it works completely offline.

The activation step requires internet — just for a few seconds to verify your key. Everything after that is offline.

Machine-locked license
Your license is tied to the hardware it activates on. If you move to a new machine, contact us and we'll transfer it.

No expiry, no renewals
The license doesn't expire. There are no annual renewal fees — pay once and the software is yours.

Add Your Data

Your gym info,
entered once.

After activation you land straight on the dashboard. Start by setting up your membership plans, then add your staff, and finally register your members. You can do it gradually — the app works fine with partial data while you get started.

Create membership plans first
Define your Gold, Silver, Bronze plans with prices, durations, and discounts. These power the member registration form.

Add staff & roles
Add employees, set their role (Trainer, Front Desk, Manager), and choose salaried or hourly. This feeds into payroll automatically.

Register your members
Fill in the member form: name, contact, photo, emergency info, and pick a plan. Start date sets the end date automatically.

Data stays on your computer
Everything is stored in a local SQLite database file on your machine. No cloud, no third-party servers, no data leaving your building.

Your first day, step by step

Here's how a typical first session looks from download to first check-in.

Double-click the installer, accept the defaults, and it's done. No Java install needed — it's bundled.

Enter your license key
First launch shows the activation screen. Paste your key, click Activate. Takes about 5 seconds.

Create your first membership plan
Head to Membership Plans and create at least one plan so you can register members.

Register your first member
Fill in their name, phone, pick a plan, set the start date. The end date and price auto-calculate.

First check-in
Switch to Check-In Kiosk, type the member's ID, and hit Check In. Their name and photo appear on screen. Done.
